Effective therapy goes beyond talking, it’s about practical strategies that lead to real change. My approach is structured, evidence-based, and tailored to your needs. Whether you're facing anxiety, low mood, or career uncertainty, I provide guidance to help you build life satisfaction, resilience and confidence.
After completing a Master's degree of psychology, working in leadership and performance consulting, and supporting those in high-risk communities, I realised that I wanted to work with people who need support the most. I want to help them feel heard, hopeful, and give them the opportunity to have a conversation that would really benefit them. The name Two Way comes from my connection to rural communities, with both sides of my family coming from farming, where two way radios were used to stay in touch. For me the two way radio symbolises communication, connection, and making therapy feel like a two-way conversation. I aim to bring those values into my sessions. My goal is for every client to walk away with a new outlook and be better equipped to handle life challenges and to pass that strength on to others.
I support adolescents and adults navigating life’s challenges, from relationship struggles to workplace stress. Therapy is a space to explore thoughts, develop skills, and move forward with practical, evidence-based strategies. I offer online sessions for clients who can value most from accessible and flexible support.
